School Accommodations
Students who wish to have Bel-Air International arrange their accommodations will have three options for their stay during their training.
1) The first option would be to stay in one of Bel-Air's student apartments. These accommodations consist of furnished two bedroom apartments with two students per bedroom. Accommodations include full kitchen and dining facilities with separate living areas. The apartment complex includes a swimming pool as well as an exercise and weight room. The price of these apartments is $700 per month for 7 months for students enrolling in our full (estimated 7 month) program. We require a minimum notification of one month before a student’s training date begins if they would like these accommodations, and a two-week notification before that student leaves. The 7 month rental payment must be paid in full ($4900) and is non-refundable once the student has moved in. Bel-Air Also charges a one time $200 cleaning fee which covers cleaning costs upon the student moving out of the apartment, and a $300 security deposit which will be refunded to the student upon move-out less and repairs for damages caused by that student. This brings the total payment to $5,400 which Bel-Air must receive at least 30 days prior to as students move-in date in order to reserve a spot for them in the apartment. (Month to month stays in the apartment can be arranged. Please contact us if you are interested)
The apartments are within a 2.5 mile radius of Bel-Air making a minimal commute time and locating the students in close proximity of shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and entertainment. Utilities, which include water, and gas and electric, are included in the $700.00 per month (Note: Bel-Air will pay up to $100 of utilities per apartment per month. Anything above $100 must be paid jointly by the occupants of the apartment).
While Bel-Air will provide the apartments with beds, a sofa, a table and chairs, (eating area), cookware, dishes and cable television, some expenses are the responsibility of the individual student. Students must provide their own blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. In addition, any phones, radios, clocks, etc. are the responsibility of the student. Food is also the responsibility of each student.
2) The second option students have is to stay in a hotel which is within 2 miles of the flight school. The hotel consists of a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, bathroom, and sitting area. The rooms include all utilities, TV., phone, and internet which is included in the nightly rate. Bel-Air International has arranged a rate of $36 per night for students who wish to stay in the hotel. Students choosing this option have the choice to stay in the room by themselves, or to share the room with another student to cut the cost in half to approximately $550 per month. Bel-Air will still need to be notified 30 days in advance for students choosing this option to ensure vacancy in the hotel.
3) Bel-Air students are welcome to arrange their own accommodations during their training here with us.
